Blacktown International Sportspark was a hive activity over the weekend with the finals of the Women’s Winter League as well as the finals of both the male and female Development Leagues.
The Women’s Winter League Final was played between Manly Eagles who were straight inot the final and Hawks. Manly Eagles were too good and won 3 – 2 in a very hard fought game. In the Plate Final Hills beat Phoenix 5 – 4 in another close game.

The Development League for both Males and Females was played for the first time in 2015 with 7 teams in the Females and 5 in the Males which was a great start to the league which forms part of the state pathway.
The Girls final was between MIsfits and Norwest with Norwest taking the lead and never looking back running out winners 6 – 1.

The Male Development League Final was between the Black Team and the Blue Team. The Black Team went straight through to the final after finishing on top after the rounds with Blue playing Red for the right to play Black in the Final. In the final game of the weekend Black beat Blue 5 – 3.
