The boys will join the Development League action Winter and Development League return this Sunday at Southern Districts’ Jacqui Osmond Softball Complex.
It’s going to be a huge day with 24 games set to be played as the Development League girls pass the halfway mark and the four-team boys competition play their first round of this season.
In Winter League, Phoenix and Cumberland Force are still undefeated teams after four games, while Macarthur and Hit Squad are still yet to face defeat this season. With both sets of undefeated teams set to play this weekend, it will be a bumper weekend of Softball action.
The Winter League is an open age competition for women’s players, while the Development League will include boys and girls teams in the under-15 age group.
We’re looking towards another great weekend of action with temperatures set to be sunny and a cool 23 degrees for the day.
