What is Senior Tee Ball?
Softball NSW & the NSW Department of Family and Community Services have entered into a partnership to develop a program that modifies softball to remove barriers to participation for older people to experience health and social benefits of the sport. The program will be designed so that anyone can play it regardless of age or fitness level. Tee ball is already an existing modified version of Softball and equipment required by individual participants is limited to comfortable clothing and sneakers as Softball New South Wales can provide all bases, bats and gloves.
