Released: Softball NSW State Team Officials Policy

Softball NSW Board has recently approved it’s State Team Officials Policy which comes into effect on 1 April 2021.

Softball NSW is committed to attracting and retaining capable, adaptable, and motivated members to build our state team official capacity.   We want these members to share our vision, agreed values and behaviours to deliver results and achieve quality performance outcomes for all our state team endeavours.

The purpose of the document is to outline the policy and operational processes that apply to the selection, management and development of all state team officials who are selected to represent SNSW at National events.  This policy ensures a standard of compliance is met when selecting and managing all state team officials.  It is important to ensure we have the right people with the right capabilities and experience to fill our official roles.
