Penrith City have got the double at the U17 State Championships taking out the Male and Female Championship.
The male final saw Penrith City take on defending champions Macarthur after going through the rounds undefeated. Macarthur went to an early lead 1 – 0 but Penrith City dominated for the rest of the game running out winners 7 – 1.

The Females saw 12 teams vying for the title but in the end Penrith City and Hornsby fought their way into the final. The final was a close game Penrith City gained the upper hand early and was never headed winning 4 – 1. The last time Penrith City won this Championship was in 1995 when it was the U16 age group..
