The 2020 Under 14 State Championships saw the crowds return in big numbers following the recent lifting of restrictions by the NSW Government.
The crowds were big, as were the performances of many athletes in vying for selection for the Under 14 Regional Program.
The championships were proudly hosted by Southern Districts Softball Association at their fantastic Jacqui Osmond Softball Park complex.
Macarthur power past Cumberland Nepean in clinical 9-1 victory.

The 2 best teams in the boy’s division met once more in the grand final. Cumberland, wanting to avenge their only lost this weekend, came out firing in the first inning, putting runners on base and putting some early pressure on Macarthur.
Big games call for big moments and Carter Shears didn’t disappoint. He would slow the roll from CNSA and start to assert his dominance on the mound. He would also lead the way with the bat as he would put one over the fence, starting a flurry of runs which would eventually result in a dominant win by the boys in red and blue.
