Softball NSW has a dedicated Coaching Director and Committee, who are charged with educating, developing and appointing Coaches. For more information on Coaching Softball, the Coaches Academy and various resources please visit the Softball NSW Coaches Website
For coaches, teachers, parents or players wanting to extend their Softball knowledge to include basic skills and how to play the game, there is a formal coaching pathway education
State Championship Coaching Accreditation Requirements

Softball NSW require coaches to be of a certain accreditation level to coach at State Championships

The Coaches Academy provides educational opportunities for coaches in the way of organised workshops.
Softball Australia requires all accredited coaches to participate in a variety of educational activities to maintain their accreditation status. Coaches can update their accreditation by completing the next level of accreditation OR achieving a total of 100 points over four years

Softball NSW is now recruiting Coaches to deliver the Sporting Schools program across the state.
Softball Batter Up activities align with the national health and physical education curriculum and are written with coaches and teachers in mind.
