Softball NSW wishes to provide information surrounding the exciting opportunity for Affiliates to apply to host the 2022 Under 14 and Under 16 State Championships.
In alignment with the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan, Softball NSW are reintroducing the Softball NSW Awards to recognize those that have excelled across the sport. The Softball NSW Awards recognises those individuals, Clubs, Associations, and Teams who have achieved not only excellence but have also provided outstanding service to the sport of Softball in NSW each year.
With the current COVID-19 restrictions in Greater Sydney now extending to the regional areas of
NSW, and with no confirmed end to all lockdowns at this stage, Softball NSW wishes to unfortunately advise our Clubs, Associations, and the wider community of the cancellation of the 2021 Blue Blaze
Tournament in September.
Softball NSW provides the following advice to our Associations, Clubs & Stakeholders in relation to the extension of the lockdown in Greater Sydney and also provides information in relation to the Pathways, State Championships, and rescheduling of the Under 12 State Championships.

Softball NSW wishes to advise that following consultation with Affiliates, and with the continued COVID-19 lockdown conditions in Greater Sydney, the 2021 Open Women’s State Championship has
been rescheduled from Friday 13, Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 August to Friday 24, Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 September at Blacktown International Sportspark (BISP).
The 2021 Blue Blaze Tournament will be held on the following dates: Girls Tournament: Tuesday 21 to Friday 24 September 2021
Boys Tournament: Tuesday 28 to Thursday 30 September 2021
