2021 Open State Championships - Semi-finals & Grand Final
Softball NSW can confirm that Stanhope Gardens Softball Fields will host the semi-finals of the 2021 Open State Championships. The Grand Finals will be hosted by Blacktown International Sportspark at 7:30pm this evening.
2021 Open State Championships - Venue Change
Softball NSW can confirm that the diamonds are currently unplayable at BISP, and so the decision has been made to move today's games for the 2021 Open State Championships to Stanhope Gardens Softball Fields (second line of CNSA).
2021 Under 12 State Championships - Updated Draw
A revised draw has been published for the current 2021 Under 12 State Championships. The revision has taken a number of factors into consideration; namely, the health and wellbeing of our young players, coaching staff, volunteers, and umpires. With the heat continuing this afternoon and into tomorrow, the changes that have been made reduce the number of games played in the hottest parts of the day, whilst still allowing semi-finals to occur, and the Grand Finals to occur separately.
Community Advice: Event & Membership Recommendations
Softball NSW acknowledges the recent advice provided by the NSW Government in relation to easing
of restrictions on the community as of December 15.
Whilst the easing of these restrictions do allow for additional freedoms, our organisation is cautious during this period of transition of the NSW Government’s Roadmap.
